Mini Pies!!!

Mini Scandinavian pies- all you need is flour, shortening, salt, fruit jelly, and ice water.
Make dough, roll out flat, cut small pie shaped circles, place of greased sheet, put spoon full of jelly in middle, place pie top on and bake at 375 for 18 min.

Moonlighting.

I love warm summer nights! The view of the moon is always so cool from our balcony. I need to get a good camera so I can capture some better pictures. Sitting outside at night really makes me want a telescope :)
